How do I place an order?
First you need to create an account and wait for it to get approved. Accounts are usually approved within 24 hours. We may attempt to contact you using the phone number provided if we have any questions about your application.
Simply browse our catalog and add the products that you would like to purchase to your cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The amount of time it takes to recieve your order depends on multiple factors, such as how large your order was and what shipping service you selected. If your order requires multiple boxes, then we will ship out each box as soon as it is ready, rather than ship all boxes at the same time.
Most US-based customers will recieve their first package within a week of placing an order. If we are experiencing high order volumes and expect this to be different then we will contact you and let you know when to expect your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! As long as the shipping companies will deliver it to you we will ship it! For international customers, we do require a VAT number or other proper form of Tax ID.
What happens if an item shows up and it's damaged?
We ask that all customers inspect their package on arrival and thoroughly check each item to make sure it was not damaged. Our official policy is that you need to report any damaged items within 9 days of your package being delivered, however we assess every problem that gets reported to us on a situation by situation basis.
All packages are shipped with shipping insurance, so we will need a handful of pictures of any damaged items to add to any insurance claims that we may have to file.
For US-based customers, if you recieve any items found to be damaged or defective, we will send a replacement as soon as we can. In most cases we won't need you to send the product back to us, but if it's something we can "salvage" then we will have you send it back and we will pay for the return shipping.
For international customers, if any items are found to be damaged or defective then due to the high cost of shipping internationally we will have to offer you either a refund for the item or a store credit. We apologize for any issues this may cause.
Can I track my order?
Of course! You will automatically recieve an email when your package ships, and everytime it updates throughout it's journey to you. You can also opt-in to recieve SMS updates on the status of your package.
